The Bonaduces are a Winnipeg punk band that have been in existence since 1994 at various levels of function. They toured and recorded extensively in the 90s and have released exactly one song in the 26 years since, but are currently at work on their long long long long long awaited third (or fourth, depending on how you feel about cassettes) full-length album.

Greg Rekus’s passion for music is bursting at the seams. It is the driving force that keeps him constantly on the road and cranking out album after album of folk punk goodness. During live performances, audiences are treated to an entertainer who treats the stage as his home. With high energy and infectious enthusiasm, Rekus has a natural ability to engage with a diverse assortment of crowds from around the world. His lyrics speak to common experiences, such as drinking in a favourite hometown bar, or the simultaneous joy and heartache of falling in love, but also do not shy away from making pointed political commentary, coloured with the anger and frustration that comes along with it. Delivering each line with a force that is rivalled by few other solo artists, Rekus emphasizes his words with every strum of his guitar, pounding the beat out on his custom-built stomp box. His hard work has already gotten him to places he never thought attainable, and as far as he’s concerned, the only way from here is up.

Mise en Scene is the grunge pop/garage rock band from the small Canadian prairie town of Gimli, Manitoba. Founded by BFF art school dropouts Stef and Jodi, the band is known for their whirlwind of rock-rooted, reverb-drenched dream pop that perfectly meshes modern vibes with vintage charm. Mise en Scene has turned heads on the stages of major international festivals like SXSW, Reeperbahn, The Great Escape, and Spain’s Primavera Sound. Daydreaming decadence and jam-packed dancefloors, they bring a raucous symphony of rolling thunder drums and Rickenbacker riffage with a bark that matches its bite.
